Frequently asked questions about accessibility monitoring

What is the difference between an audit and monitoring?
+
An audit is a comprehensive analysis of your entire website at a specific point in time. Monitoring is a regular tracking process that detects new barriers introduced by updates. They are complementary services: an audit tells you where you stand, while monitoring helps you stay there.
What happens if the review detects new barriers?
+
We'll send you a detailed report outlining each barrier identified, its impact, and recommendations for addressing it. Your technical team is responsible for implementing the corrective measures, but we can provide additional support if needed.
Can I change my plan during the contract?
+
The contract is annual, and the frequency is set at the beginning. If you need to adjust the plan, we can review it on a case-by-case basis upon renewal.
What happens if I don't make any changes to my website between two reviews?
+
If there are no significant changes, the report will reflect this and will be very brief. Only changes detected since the last review are documented.
Does monitoring guarantee that my website will always be certified?
+
The monitoring system detects problems but does not automatically correct them. To maintain a valid certificate, it is necessary to address the barriers identified in each report.
